During the summer, beginners are welcome to join at any time. Simply come to a beginner class. We’ll sort out your registration and payment afterwards. You can practice or you can watch – it’s up to you.
If you want to practice, wear loose fitting clothing (e.g. track pants and a t-shirt). Avoid wearing buttons zippers or buttons. Arrive approximately 15-minutes before the start of class and introduce yourself to someone wearing a black belt.
Adult classes are intended for ages 16 and up. Children’s classes are not currently offered. Prospective students aged 12-15 may be accepted at the discretion of the chief instructor (email us).
